Tuscan Gourmet Cuisine

Since 1994

Bottega Fiorentina has been in business since 1994, when we opened in Coolidge Corner, Brookline. Due to our different approach to fine fast food, we have been very well accepted from the very start, by both the surrounding community and the large population of students. We serve several kinds of pasta dishes (the most famous being the Fedora®, featured in the Boston Globe in March 2003), together with sandwiches made to order using only fresh meat and cheeses. We also sell fresh ingredients by the pound and a variety of imported grocery items, such as cookies, chocolates, drinks, desserts, and of course we serve espresso and cappuccino. We take pride in our work and our ingredients, and we put our heart and soul into whatever we do.

Bottega Fiorentina's provides a cozy atmosphere and fine Florentine dining.

Since opening in Brookline's Coolidge Corner in 1994, Bottega Fiorentina has become a welcome addition to the community.

Our approach to “fine fast food” has enabled us to satisfy new and returning customers. Only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality are used to ensure our flavors are unique and tasteful.

Bottega Fiorentina features daily pasta creations, delicious sandwiches and Italian grocery specialties, including pastas, desserts and coffees.

Our celebrated menu includes the award winning “Fedora®” pasta, as well as many other traditional favorites.

We also offer authentic cappuccino and espresso to enjoy any time.

We thank you for your patronage and look forward to seeing you at Bottega Fiorentina soon!

Bottega Fiorentina

In Brookline, a taste of Tuscany to go.

Italy gives us so much popular food – pizza, pasta, espresso – it's amazing the Italian concept of a fast-food shop has only recently caught on. Now, thanks to Bottega Fiorentina, there's a prime example in Coolidge Corner. This is a spiffy shop offering everything from packaged goods (imported biscuits, candies, oils, savories) to authentic, reasonably priced, homemade take-out food. For about $20, you can get a take-out lunch for four consisting of high-carb Tuscan specialties that change daily. On Saturday, for example, look for ribollita (a thick mash of white beans, bread, carrots, and cabbage), lasagne (with real béchamel sauce, little meat), and polpettone (meat loaf laced with prosciutto and porcini mushrooms, with rosemary potatoes). The Tuscan owners also bake: try slabs of chickpea focaccia or torta di riso, a savory, moist cake with parmesan.
